How a week works

The Monday email is what you pay for. A listing note is extra, if we find one.

You are not buying a dashboard. You get an email on Monday with last week’s new construction companies in your postcodes, then the odd weekday note if a public listing turns up.

Monday

The weekly email

We keep companies that registered a construction trade, on your agreed postcodes. We drop formation-factory addresses and other empty shells, and send what’s left: company, trade, registered office, named current directors.

That email is what you pay for. From: Contractor Monday. Names and addresses, not a login.

A later weekday

A listing note, if found

A Google listing check is slow on purpose. There is a 100-search daily cap, so Monday does not wait on Maps. If a listing is found, you get a separate weekday note that says a public listing was found.

Blank does not mean the firm has no listing. It means we have not confirmed one yet. We will not promise a listing result within 48 hours.

Empty shells

If it looks like a factory of empty companies, it does not go in the email.

Addresses that churn out empty companies are taken out.
Companies that look like they were never meant to trade stay off.
What remains should look like a firm a plant-hire owner would bother writing to.

Incorporation identity comes from Companies House. That is a public register and a source, not an affiliation, endorsement, or official product.

We do not supply waste-carrier data, Google Places exports, or officer email lists. We run this weekly email for trade buyers, not to assemble a people file.
